Tobys Twelfth Cafeteria, Inc., 204 So.2d 756 (Fla.App.3d 1967), on the same point of law concerning indemnification agreements. Our jurisdiction stems from Fla.Const. art. V, § 3(b)(3) (1973), F.S.A. We denied oral argument as unnecessary. F.A.R. 3.10(e), 32 F.S.A.
